I'm probably going on 9/14. Friend of a friend (or rather, friend of the sister of my girlfriend) has a box that we're going to borrow for the night.

At this rate, I might be there for the night we're mathematically eliminated. One-run games are the entire difference between the Tigers and Indians right now.

With a nod to Sammy Davis Jr., I've never been one to "settle for less."

That said, I do have a strong degree of happiness that we are in a season that August games mean so much to us.

There hasn't been a high % of those in my almost 47 years of total cognizant Indian fandom.
