in the upper levels

Will Benson singled twice and walked twice; I suppose he will not ever make it, but he's only 23 and is not a total bust. Ceiling may be that of Brad Zimmer [who is hitting below 100 for the Blue Jays and I assume very much at risk when rosters shrink in a day or two]
Arias with a 3 run homer, but he's hitting only 206. Not likely to be returning to Cleveland quickly

Tobias Meyers continues to pitch pretty unsuccessfully: 3 2/3 5 3 3 1 2 He's on the 40 man; I assume that spot is secure; someone will have to go to make room for De Los Santos, Castro more likely to be let go I suppose]

Kyle McCarty who got an emergency callup with another good AAA outing: 5 1/3 5 1 1 1 3.

Akron won their game; Jose Tena is getting hot, triple and single, he's up to 263, 651 OPS reflects very walks and few xb hits
Rocchio with his 3rd homer and a walk; hitting only 221 but his OPS is 714
Valera hitless slips to 226 and 772
speedy Bo Naylor with a single and his 6th steal; 240 756. A lot better than his first AA season.

Excellent outing by somewhat overlooked 1.5 round 2020 pick Tanner Burns: 5 4 1 0 1 6 1.53 ERA
He'd slot behind Espino and Williams and Allen but he's another serious prospect as a big league starter in 2023 or 24.

Very nice team rally to tie and win. RBI singles from lots of guys with Kwan getting the game winner.
Even Reyes had an RBI single in the opener.
Small ball can work if lots of guys can hit.

To be honest the pitching has been no better than the hitting so far. Civale ERA over 10. Plesac and Quantrill both walked too many yesterday.
