So in a rotten division [with possible exception of the Twins] we aim to make the playoffs with 5 top quality starters; 1 top quality reliever; 2 stars on offense [hopefully both healthy most of the year], two or three more solid major leaguers, and a bunch of junk. Could work.

Berrios is the real deal. Here is his follow up to the start against us:

JOSE BERRIOS
SP, MINNESOTA TWINS

Jose Berrios allowed three runs on seven hits over seven innings in a no-decision Tuesday against the Royals.
On the heels of a dominant performance in the season opener, Berrios was more mortal Tuesday but still pitched well enough to earn the quality start. He also posted a 4:0 K:BB in the contest, giving him a 14:1 mark over his two starts this year. He'll carry a 1.84 ERA and 0.68 WHIP into an interleague matchup with the Mets next Tuesday.

For sure, the Twins' lineup is better than ours overall. Nelson Cruz alone was a major upgrade.

The test for them will be rotation depth behind Berrios.

Well any sign of progress for Brady is welcomed.

Meanwhile ,here in Cleveland, one the hits off Kluber has been redesignated an error by that great SS Eric Stamets.
And since superstar youngster Moncada made an error in the bottom of the inning we got an unearned run and trail 3-1.
