Here's a sign of a week lineup: Marteen is batting 6th today. The super-weak bottom 3 are Kipnis Perez and Guyer. Why is Guyer playing against a RH? Another outfielder injured I suppose?
I would only sign an OF this winter who passes some tough physical exams and signs a promise not to run into walls or dive headlong into the turf.

Guyer hasn't been getting many AB's lately, and Melky has a bad history against Gibson, todays starter for Twins. So Tito wanted to let Guyer play today and he will be playing again tomorrow against a lefty.

It actually paid off. Guyer hit a 2 run homer in 4th.

Kipnis reached, and Roberto Perez actually worked a full count and then lined an RBI double in leftcenter.

Good things happen when you are patient and wait for a good pitch to hit.

10 K's thru 5 for Bauer. He's really dealing.

Make that 11 K's thru 6 shutout innings for Bauer. Probably done now as I think he is at 111 pitches or so. The bad thing about all those K's, runs your count up.
