When will the pie be out of the oven? I can try to book a flight.
Meanwhile 14 K and gone. 8 1/3 inning shutout

20942despite missing what was it a month? Carrasco now tied with Kluber Kershaw and vargas for major league high in wins.
He's now No.5 in AL in ERA
He's now No. 5 in AL in strikeouts
No. 5 in WHIP
No. 6 or 7 in batting average against.

Re: GameTime!™
20943Goody is Baddy: in with 1 on and two outs, he hits Giminez, gives up a triple to the tough Mitch Garver.
Re: GameTime!™
20944I am going to start on the pie as soon as this game ends. Hopefully any second now, though Goody is making it scary.
Re: GameTime!™
20946Garver is a triple king: that's his 3rd triple among 9 major league hits. Extrapolate that over a season and he could break a Ty Cobb record. or Sam Crawford. Or whoever.
Re: GameTime!™
20947I guess there is. I don't like that coconut flavored rum. Malibu or whatever that crap is.
Re: GameTime!™
20949What do I know, Chief Wilson with 36 triples in 1912 for Pirates, holds the mark. Gives Garver something to shoot for next season when he takes over in LF for the Twins. Sam Crawford with the AL record of only 26 in 1914 for Tigers. Garver should have a good shot at that one.
Here's a remarkable stat: from Kiki Cuyler in 1925 with 26 the next guy working downward on the list is Curtis Granderson with 23 in 2007, only 82 years later.

20951I sent that exact same gif to my wife earlier when I was telling her I was going to bake a pie this evening. Ha. It's a guy thing I guess.

20952Huckleberry is the best. Not to mention the fact you take your life in your hands just picking them cause grizzly bears love 'em too. You live through picking a bucket you get to enjoy the rewards.
