Nice job by Ubaldo last night. 4-1 with ERA under 3 in his last 8 starts. He is very good at getting into trouble and now he's getting better at getting out of trouble.

Good to see this team not folding up, lots of credit goes to Francona and YES Dolan. Dolan made good on his handshake agreement with Francona to increase payroll. Now lets see what we do at the deadline. Sure wish we had Myers $7M back and Reynolds save April is not worth $6M....

10 million of that is eaten up by contract increases for Swisher and Bourn. Swisher in 2013 making 11 million and 2014 making 15 million. Bourn is making 7 million in 2013 and will be making 13.5 in 2014.

Calling Jimenez dead money is pretty ballsy after last night.

Keep talking about the handshake agreement that never happened.
