Carlos Carrasco left Sunday's start against the Twins after three innings with right elbow tightness.
Carrasco surrendered two runs on six hits and two walks while striking out one. Jeanmar Gomez replaced Carrasco in the fourth inning of the loss. We'll update you on Carrasco's status when more information becomes available. Sunday's outing snapped his streak of three consecutive quality starts.

From reading the PBP at ESPN it appears that the highlight for Cleveland today was the 3rd when Choo nailed two runners at home, depriving Carrasco of a really big inning. Carlos left after 3 and the Indians rallied to go ahead 3-2. Gomez shut the door until the 7th when after he put one on, Raffy P came in and suffered an OCabrera error and allowed tying and goahead runs.

Since we knew everything would not continue to stay perfect, we have now suffered from a couple back to back rotten starts; a couple blown leads. and key error. And since every team has a run of bad spells as well as good ones; it will be very interesting to see how long it takes to get back to the solid play we've had consistently for several weeks.

Hey, it's pretty nifty to lose three in a row in April and still be in first place by 1 1/2 games.

I have this new ability to see the games on the iPhone, so the mobility options kept me....for one...... from being here for Gametime.

I'll try to do better tomorrow.

Oh.

No game tomorrow.

We'll get 'em Tuesday.

We're in First Place, and have been and will be.......assuredly....... for about three weeks.

One disadvantage of iPhone viewing is being able to confidently argue on home run review calls.

I thought Brantley's home run that was overturned and decided the game possibly dinged off the lower rail after hit it hit the top of the Minnesota stadium granite wall facade.

When I watched the replays on my iPhone I couldn't tell and just acquiesced to the obviously Twins loving/Tribe hating umpires.....
