:-)

That's never applied to ex-Indians. It's not the same as the "ex-Cubs factor" that Mike Royko wrote about, which stated that the team with the most former Cubs on it always loses. Ex-Indians always prosper away from here and win rings. Roger Maris. Graig Nettles. Joe Carter. Manny Ramirez. Thome has been the exception.
And see also Kelly Shoppach.

The field reporter for TBS said Verlander and Sabathia are coming back in the potential Game 4. The Tigers have the deeper pitching staff, so I think the rainout actually benefits them slightly, even though it was a travesty they had to bat in the second inning tonight.

CC did throw a heckuva Playboy Party out here in San Francisco a couple of years back.

I'll be happy if The Tiggers take out The Yanks.

After that, I'm pretty sure I want them to go down. Victor Martinez might be the only thing to alter my Tigger support in the post-season.

I know I'll never root for Arizona. I'm still p.o'd about the Colangelo bailout by the rest of the MLB that enabled them to win their first World Series.

I've never paid much attention to Milwaukee. Plus, those fans have had their Packers, if not complete baseball success.

Pretty sure my primary horses are Texas and Philly. I've watched a lot of baseball in DFW, and the fans seem worthy. Yes, they've had their Cowboy wins, too. Of course I've always been a big Cliff Lee fan, and it's hard for to not like Charlie Manuel and admire his resilience.....albeit landing in a very very nice place as a manager.
