6423That was a fun game to watch JR. I didn't get to see the entire game but most of it. That last at bat was a real battle. I think Jones gets a basehit if that last pitch didn't tail in on the hands at the last second forcing the ground ball to third. That at-bat was certainly a season's worth of baseball for the Sox. Boston lives to try it again.

6424Indians bench coach Tollman is retiring due to Parkinson's disease. Acta gets tossed for arguing balls and strikes in the first inning, so Tolman has to manage the last game he is with the team. Coincidence? I think not!

6425I'm tending to agree with you JR. I like it! I also liked the fact that Acta permitted Thome to make a cameo appearance at thirdbase the other night. The more I see Acta, the more I appreciate him.

For me there will be a small victory if we can keep him at his current slip under .300.
He's gone 0-6 against us this series, and is now down to .298.
