Washington woke up. Look where they are now.
Quite a large disparity in personnel from pitching to bench players to everyday lineup.

I'll take an even trade between Washington's owner and front office team vs ours right now.

Yes, but what REALLY accomplished that was several years of "Suck for Luck"-ing. It's hard to imagine that the Tribe would have blown those picks.

I'm still on Acta's side. I really don't think he's the problem. With this roster and the hands he's been dealt, Acta could take this team to Columbus and would probably be hard pressed to win a Triple A title.

This pretty much sums it up in a nutshell and I'm sure this statement could be applied to other coaching and playing staff as well.

At the start of the season I thought this team was still a .500 ballclub. Instead it has an outside shot of losing 100.

You'd have to think they will blow it up at the end of the season. I don't know how anyone associated with the Indians could sit there with a straight face and think they have a hope in hell of contending next year.
