Casey already batted this inning.

Lou gets a BB and now it's 4-2 and now a SF to the wall for Kipnis and it is 5-2.

Choo up, with two on and two out.

The 6th run is 90 feet away.

And he scores!!!

4 run lead, and Chris Perez can nap for another day to fight.


6-2 and to the former Los Angeles Angels/California Angels/Anaheim Angels/Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.....halo 9th.

Their stadium has strip clubs right outside. And Disneyland just down the street.

But they get their first guy on in the 9th, and some guy named "Howie" is batting. "Howie" is not exactingly an intimidating name. Let's get him.

And Perez mows down out number two with another strikeout.

The Angels are down to their last strike......


(as Chris Perez works while most in Cleveland are asleep, including likely Mark Shapiro unless his wife wanted a Beverly Hills shopping experience and made the trip)

Chris Perez strikes out three in a row with two on to seal the deal.

Nine out in the standings, and we are still way mathematically in it.

Sure is too bad we lost 11 in a row, or we'd right in the middle of a 10 team scramble for 5 playoff spots. All we need is an 11 game win streak to balance things out. 10 to go
