A friend of mine & I were sitting in view boxes 551. When that ground ball rolled through Kipnis' legs, you could a collective OMG of disbelief. The look on Kipnis' face, yolu would have thought some close family member had died. The ball sure was taking some very strange bounces. Why didn't many bring a relief guy to start the 7th? That sure isn't managing by the book.

Day game today? We're getting good starting good pitching two games in a row. I was very impressed with the job Kluber did.
I bet Pestano is saved for the 9th today. Or at least I think he should be saved for the 9th today.

Justin Masteron, Shin-Soo Choo star as Indians snap 11-game slide
Associated Press
CLEVELAND -- Justin Masterson pitched seven strong innings and Shin-Soo Choo went 4 for 4 to lift Cleveland over Minnesota 6-2 Wednesday, ending the Indians' 11-game losing streak.
The Indians avoided tying the 1931 franchise record for consecutive losses. Cleveland, which was outscored 95-36 in the streak, won for the first time since July 26.
Masterson (8-10) allowed two runs and three hits in seven innings. His only mistake came when Alexi Casilla hit his first home run of the season -- a two-run shot in the fifth.
Choo drove in two runs with a double in the first and a single in the second.
Brian Duensing (2-7) allowed six runs, including four earned, and 11 hits in seven innings.
The Indians also broke a seven-game losing streak to the Twins, who lost for only the fourth time in 13 games.

I guess there was no need for a closer, so we didn't get to see how Acta is going to handle that role.

I see Vinnie pitched the 8th which I assume means Perez was going to get the 9th if a save was needed. It wasn't so Rogers worked.
Kipnis with 2 steals; it's been a long time since he has been aggressive on the bases.
