That was a good way to lose a game if you have to lose one. Really, I'm not kidding. No regrets.
Win Sunday, and win the series and move on.

Gomez just needs a Morticia to talk some French and juice his batteries.
(though personally if I were with The Tribe I'd be looking at film to see if he might be tipping his pitches)

We should only throw the "no talk about the no hitter" belief aside when the other guy has one going...
When our guy has one going I try my best not to get detailed about such as the game plays on.
Not that I'm too superstitious, or anything.
Besides, as it turned out, we would have needed 8 more runs to win today.

I'm not the least bit superstitious.
The Indians just got a big break when Lowe ended up with a bunt single on an attempted sacrifice, putting runners at first and second with one out, but Choo failed to take advantage.
Cabrera lines out to the warning track. Crap.

Have I said yet how much I dislike Milo Hamilton as an announcer?

Milo is 84. Wonder how much longer he's going to do this?
Crap weekend. Watching the Tribe totally shut down by a mediocre lefty and a rookie lefty makes me oh so pleased to know that a rebuilding team outbid us for Josh Willingham.

Willingham was very interested in playing in Cleveland, but was only offered 1 year. He wanted 3 years. Indians would rather waste their dollars on guys way over the hill! Indians could easily have had Willingham. It would have been a huge difference for the Indians.

Our 5 hits today came from a non-regular (Lopez), a pitcher (Lowe), a pinch hitter (Santana). and two from one of our commonly accepted weak offense links (Kotchman...now up to .230, with a .276 in May and .278 over the last seven games).
We seemed to have offensive problems on Sunday afternoons with regularity under Wedge, and still from time to time under Acta.
I remember the 1995 Indians seemed to be blasters on Sundays.
Next stop, The Bronx and Yankee Stadium.
Watch The Indians and The Chickens on ESPN2 Monday night.
I'm sure it will be television worth watching.

In one of our early games on the way to the 7th in the 1997 World Series, I determined I had a consumed beer from a bottle that was lucky for us.
I kept it under a spot light on the wet bar for the duration of the series.
On the morning of October 27, 1997 I threw it away with the rest of the trash.

I'm starting to think that just about any team can beat the Indians as long as they can call upon some bum left handed pitcher from the minors or heck just start the game with a left handed bullpen arm.

I agree with TDU and part of it is the weakness of our RH replacements.
I say screw the stats and let our LH batters bat against the next leftie. How much worse could it be?
