LOUFLA: I figured if I ignored your request, you would have to learn how to fix it yourself!
(Just kidding - I didn't see your request for help. But I'm glad it's back now.)

No Konerko and his 1020 OPS and Pierzynski with his 815 OPS. Instead Viciedo 593 and Flowers 544.

Ramirez tried to steal a base -- do I understood that's the first attempt ever with Tomlin pitching? -- and thrown out

Tomlin and Stulz are unhittable, It's a very quick 3 1/2 innings. scoreless. Sox with 2 hits, Tribe with 1. Tomlin 5 K. Stulz with none. That sounds like the kind of pitcher who can be figured out second, or third time through the lineup.

Well! That lineup we have out there is not going to strike fear into many pitchers.
1-0. We have some wiggle room.

LOU: Why would you be blocked?
I called Time Warner and complained b/c they were blocking the Pirates games here in Cleveland. To my surprise, a couple days later, I could get them!

What is the rule with an official game in which the home team is winning but the visitor has the winning run on and the game is called?

The score reverts to the last complete inning played. In this case, it's the same score: 2-1.
