How did that work? All ESPN pbp tells us is:

N Cruz singled to center. 1 0
M Napoli singled to center, N Cruz to second. 1 0
M Moreland doubled to deep right, N Cruz scored, M Napoli to third. 2 0
I Kinsler grounded out to third. 2

That doesn't sound like 3 outs?!

They left out the Gonzalez GIDP.

Actually it was a fielder's choice at 3rd, but Gonzalez was thrown out at 2nd, too.
