Jimenez is done...he's over 100 pitches...walks the first guy in the 5th....Wheeler warming up in the pen.....better hurry, wild pitch puts the runner at 2nd.

Hochevar seems to be coming apart. Brantly got a hit, then a wild pitch got him to second. Walks Cabrerra.
2-0 on Santana, Brantly stole 3rd.
3-0
Walks him to load the bases with one out for Hafner..
Grounder to second...goes for the force at 2nd. 4-1.
Duncan up with runners at the corners
Bad thing is as horrible as he's been throwing, Hafner swung at the first pitch....and Duncan just did too. 8 straight balls and they swing at the first pitch.....and Duncan is out.
At least we're on the board.

Well! Considering the situation, I think Travis should have been more patient rather than hacking at the first pitch.

Started out with 3 straight balls then gets a full count and strikes him out.
Starts out 3-0 to Kipnis.....lets see if he...yes he does.
and they pull him.....
Lets hope we can do some damage to the reliever....I didn't catch who they are putting in.

Indians: Damon watch continues
Filed by Chris Assenheimer April 24th, 2012 in Tribe Notes.
CLEVELAND —
The Johnny Damon watch continued, with the veteran outfielder playing in another extended spring training game Tuesday in Goodyear, Ariz. — 2-for-4 with a double, run and stolen base as the designated hitter.
The next step is a stint at Triple-A Columbus, but the Indians haven’t decided when that will take place.
“We haven’t picked a date yet,” manager Manny Acta said. “When he’s very comfortable down there (Arizona), we’ll pick a date. We have our training staff working really close with him.”
Damon, 38, began playing in extended spring training games Friday. He played seven innings in left field Monday.
Damon will likely head to Columbus before the end of the week and could join the Indians sometime during the first week of May.

Hottovy plunks Koctchman on the first pitch...tying run up Cunningham hits one up the middle....Kipnis scores....
4-2
Oops I spoke too soon, thought the inning ended, they brought someone else in who throws a wild pitch and moves the runners...Tying run on 2nd. 2 outs
Ok NOW it's done as Cabrerra hits one deep to left field, but not deep enough.

TFIR has Sale on his team.
I've given kudos to
Joez previously for pointing out Cespedes when I had no idea he even existed.
Cespedes is the real deal on all things touted. Thus far, a legit 5 tool guy. Many are touted, few actually are.
I was at the game in Oakland when he caught the final out of the inning against us on Friday night. As he jogged in from center with his back to the wall, he flicked his non-glove hand behind him and sent the ball to fans above the high outfield wall, probably about 100 feet up and away. Aside from ripped muscles, the guy has some incredible wrist strength.
