Miguel Cabrera "hot dogging" after a foul catch for the 2nd out of The Tribe 9th.

If it were me and he's man enough to play, I'd send him a high hard one tomorrow.

I'm glad JOE and CALI joined me in watching that Bosox game. Great entertainment! There could well be a playoff game between Tampa and Boston on Thursday.

That was a fun game to watch JR. I didn't get to see the entire game but most of it. That last at bat was a real battle. I think Jones gets a basehit if that last pitch didn't tail in on the hands at the last second forcing the ground ball to third. That at-bat was certainly a season's worth of baseball for the Sox. Boston lives to try it again.

Indians bench coach Tollman is retiring due to Parkinson's disease. Acta gets tossed for arguing balls and strikes in the first inning, so Tolman has to manage the last game he is with the team. Coincidence? I think not!

I'm tending to agree with you JR. I like it! I also liked the fact that Acta permitted Thome to make a cameo appearance at thirdbase the other night. The more I see Acta, the more I appreciate him.

I'd say we go out with more of a death rattle.

Yankees taking the pressure off the Boys from Beantown, up early on Tampa 5-0.

Boston seemed to loosen up when The Yankees hung 4 in the 2nd to make it a 5 run lead.

For Boston, this is likely a "win and your in" game.

Another mixup between Duncan and Carrera. Easy flyball drops in for a basehit. Zach comes back to pick up a nifty double play. No harm no foul.

Of course I've never hidden that I am not fond of Jhonny Peralta.

For me there will be a small victory if we can keep him at his current slip under .300.

He's gone 0-6 against us this series, and is now down to .298.

He's been over .300 most all the way since late May.

McCallister working himself into a jam. Two out basehit and a walk. Young at the dish.

Both The Braves and The Cardinals up early. Looks like we're tracking to game #163 in the Senior Circuit.

McCallister works his way out of the jam. Young flies out to Duncan in left. Carrera was a standby observer.

We keep hanging in there. After 5, Indians on top 3-1.
