That's cool, almost like having a free good pitching outing!

JR - your friends pulled off another deal.

I definitely like the level of activity you guys have brought to our league.

Another day, another (2) homers for Jose Bautista.

Attention all baseball fans who thought he was a fluke last year.

OOPS!

Wait until they test him for steroids :D

I'm going backward today, -3.5 so far, thanks to Laporta and Dempster!

The guy threw in a walk and a steal (3 runs scored total) just for good measure.

Total of 17 fantasy points.

Amazing.

At least the Cubs came back and tied the Dodgers, so Dempster won't cost me any more points for a loss.

I have no problem with what Alan did. Soto won't win me the league.

Stuff happens.

My fault.

I know it has happened before, but Bautista missed the cycle by a SINGLE.

Two walks.

I just checked, and there are over 50 players available now as FAs who have more than Soto's 33 FP so far.

50 catchers ? Otherwise that does not mean much.

I agree...certainly Soto would have been the top catcher on the waiver wire when he was there.

Maybe I'm reading the charts wrong, but I see 5 or 6 catchers available now who have similar or better FP totals. And he had already traded for Santana when he waived Soto.

Right now Alex Avila, whom Don says he meant to waive, has 56, while Soto has 37. I thought the most points wins?
