Just check the schedule.
It looks pretty soft for The Cleveland Indians the rest of the way.
A good organization would beef up, and run rampant to the end and into next season.
Oh wait, we have Shapiro and Antonetti. And an aged remaining Dolan.
Post season for this team is not happening.
Focus on your families, folks.
Shapiro and Antonetti are sucking ill earned money to pay for the future of their families.

We lost tonight, and failed to pick up any ground on the also losers of Detroit who boast now winning starters Mark Shapiro once had under organizational contract control.
Cleveland Indians Baseball. Love it.
If you want to do so.
Personally, I am going ape arse at the gym and looking to inspire my kids and grand kids to realize that Cleveland sucks and they should tell future friends I was "from" 'The Carolinas'.

What an inspiring start to the 2nd half of the season. Lose two to Minnefrickin'sota when two wins would have put The Cleveland Indians in 1st place in the division.
Currently, The Cleveland Indians have the 8th best record in the American League, which officially puts the Shapiro and Antonetti organization in the bottom half of the league as we reach July 21, 2013.
Tonight was the 44th Anniversary of Neal Armstrong's "First Man on the Moon" for those here with any semblance of a memory or sense of perspective left.
Deadweight contract $15 million Shaps and Antonetti gifted Nick Swisher for 2014, 2015, 2016 and a possible $17 million for 2017 has fired off to a 1 for 8 and a .125 average for the second half.
That makes him .239 for the season, and no additions to his lowly numbered RBI's, runs scored or HR's in the first two games of the 2nd half.
Let's try to lose slightly less than Detroit! is apparently the most applicable Cleveland Indians Fan rally cry at this point of the season.
Detroit and/or Cleveland better not look back.
Someone might be gaining on them.
As both are leaving the backdoor open.
Shaps and Antonetti need to deal Swisher before the trade deadline, or this organization is financially screwed thanks to them for the next three and possibly four years.
More games in this road trip. Let's see how many fan butts Shaps and Antonetti put in the home seats the rest of the way if this trend continues.
Indians Fever.
Catch it!
Tick, tick, tick...and tick.
What will Shaps and Antonetti accomplish before the trade deadline?

Three games into the 2nd "half" at game 98 of 162 and The Cleveland Indians are STILL in 8th place in The American League.
Wake up girlie guys (Rusty) and girls and gents, Mark Shapiro Sucks, as does his boy toy, Antonetti.
Trading Swisher's lard arse contract is an immediate must for the future of this franchise.
You all know Shaps and Antonetti do not have the sales and baseball knowledge skills to unload that crap contract they gave Swisher, and you all know it's best for the franchise if they do.
At least you should, having witnessed the Travis Hafner post juice years of his $56 million Cleveland Fans paid him courtesy of Mark Shapiro.
Civ, just change your moniker to "Vic Davalillo."
At present, you are arse backwards in you view of Cleveland Indians Fandom.

Question. I thought Masterson was a FA after next season, then I read that he is not a FA until after the 2015 season. Do you guys know which is correct? Great to be in a pennant race folks....

Better start throwing some money at pitching coach, Mickey Callaway. Tribe pitching has been head and shoulders over last year.
