Buck has made the park and he's facing Brian Wilson with two down in the 9th as a PH.

And flies out to the LC track.

He flies in from Columbus to make the last out of the game.

This is one butt ugly team.

I remember Casey Stengel in his first year with the Mets. His comment - "can anyone here play baseball?"

Wasn't that the same season one of Stengel's Mets said he "lost the ball in the moon?"

We don't need Everett and we don't need Kearns. We could get a good PR if we call up Carrerra. Valbuena is hitting extremely well and could be the UT but I will guess there's not a forum excitement about that addition. It would it be nice to find room for Kipnis, but most teams don't need 3 secondbaseman.

Don't hold your breath, Civ. The penny-pinchers are still munching on the rest of Jensen Lewis's contract. Kearns and Everett are worth zero, zip, nada on the trade market and money-wise, those guys, wasting away on the bench, are still cheaper than releasing them and calling someone up.

Follow the money!

Jensen Lewis's contract was nothing. Blame Manny for anyone that is there that you do not want.

Tribe/ Giants on ESPN tonight at 8 EDT.

5 hitters with avgs over 250 among the 18 in today's starting lineups. And two pitchers with combined ERA of nearly 11. Someone will have to overachieve, and I'd be darned surprised if it's Carmona.

I am pretty ready to see either Kearns or Duncan gone and bring Carerra up. Surely he can play the OF as well as those two and bat contact and speed go way up.

Just as well to get rid of Everrett and give Valbuena another shot. He may even play some OF as I remember.

Its Deja Vu with Carmona. He gets runners on, he begins to sweat, and they begin to score.

Probably needs a few Valium and a rest.

Bring up someone else, we have a great bullpen and some good young starters.
