I'm not sure where I'd like to see Brantley, if not first; I want ahead of people who can move him over and drive him in. 7th does separate the LH and RH bats, but he's not an RBI man; so I might prefer he hit 9th as "second leadoff man". Although I still think Grady makes more sense hitting in an RBI spot with Brantley at the top.
makes me feel all warm and fuzzy when we start out ahead in the first inning....even warmer and fuzzier if we are still ahead come the bottom of the ninth.
