Naquin with a single up the middle. He stays hot. Team is going to have a decision to make when CarGo comes up. Naquin and Bauers both started slow but both are now hitting. Well, Bauers hit a homer any way. Still only .182 coming into today. Have to think Naquin has edge, but they gave up Yandy for Bauers.

I was familiar with him from his time in Detroit and happy when we got him. I knew he was a good ball player. But he has more power than I knew.

Losing him really hurt us last year for playoffs. He was a good pick up.

I really think Naquin should get 3rd OF spot when CarGo comes up soon, but something tells me the team is going to want to give Bauers a long look. Even though he's doing little to deserve it. Even today, he is batting 3rd and Naquin 6th, even though Naquin is swinging a far better bat.

By the way, that should have been a sac fly RBI for Jose. Still don't know why they sent Miller. It was a bad throw and he was still out by a mile. Terrible.

After leaving the two men on, Ramirez is now hitless over his past 3 games. He has had the following mini streaks this year:

2 games 0-8
2 games 3-7 a walk a double
3 games 0-7 a walk
2 games 3-9 a double
3 games 0-11 but at least he made a solid out

HB - don't you think they might send down Greg Allen? Even if not I think they find a way to keep both Naquin and Bauers. Bauers does play 1B too.
