Of course I'm a Travis Buck fan, but I would have preferred to see him scratch something with one out than letting Shelley Duncan go for the long ball as a PH. I know Duncan has been red hot as a PH, but one way to look at that was he was due to make an out.

Upon reflection, even if Acta was inclined to bunt Grady there, I'm sure he would have had a concern about Grady busting his arse and maybe his knee if it looked like he could beat it out.

We are seeing the first signs of the Tribe starting pitching returning to realistic levels based on each players' history.

Maybe Carrasco is going to a learning curve similar to Masterson circa 2010.

Sizemore just had the strangest single I may have ever seen.

Full hard rip and the bat splintered sending the ball a mere 8 to 10 feet.

Just remembered that JR is at this game. Thus far he's seeing a relatively quick one as the have reached the 6th at about the hour and 20 minute mark.

Of course we only have 2 hits, including Sizemore's oddity.

we've been outhit 9-2 and trail only 2-0. We still have a reasonable shot to go 8-8 over this 16 game stretch but the team is certainly not impressing anyone anymore.
