Maybe putting out there Tomlin every day is a ploy to spur an arm injury so they can dump him on the DL? Last night his 2 run ninth wound up costing us the game and proved again the old adage: "When the lead gets to Ten, then Tomlin can come in"

Naquin doubled the opposite way to LF his first time up. Second time up he drove a ball to warning track in LF but fly out. Love seeing him use whole field.

I used to think he was a flake and we should trade him.

Arizona made the same mistake.

Now I think he is a flake that has method to his madness and glad Indians didn't make same mistake Arizona did.

He claims he told Willis to get OP up .. meaning Oliver Perez. Willis thought he said OT, as in Otero.. Tito said he was surprised to see Otero walk onto the field.

No question he is a flake HB.

But this flake just happens to be obsessed with his craft and has worked and thought his way to a star. And still very, very young! Wow!

Meantime we seemed to have gotten the side benefit of him rubbing off on Clevinger. Bieber next? Seems he's in on their dugout group.

Me thinks Tito would be better served if he didn't give cute names to his players. How about "Get Perez up"?

Do not accept the explanation Perez was warming up as Bauer was finishing his last inning clearly seen on TV. First batters were lefty when Allen came in. Willis and Tito may need to communicate better but Perez should have been ready.
