I watched the first couple innings. Announcers kept saying Kluber was struggling to find his landing. Most og Corey pitches were high. Hope Nieber has better luck.

Now that's 2 less roles we have to go for in a trade (which is a slam dunk to happen).

I think that was the plan, see what we could do internally first. Done - now add a reliever or 2 and be very patient with Miller.

We get to see a lot of wins, but the opposition is so tame it doesn't really prefer us for the post-season.

Absolutely special. As long as we have those 2 this team will always be a factor.

would anyone have guessed that they'd be sluggers? we're not quite half way through the season and Ramirez has 24 homeruns, second most in the majors, and Lindor has 20.
We expected terrific defense from Frankie and good defense from Ramirez. Jose looked like he could be a 300 hitter with hopefully line drive power. Lindor's offensive ceiling was uncertain.
We have wound up with two of the best infielders in the team's 109-year history.

JoeZ expected a lot from Ramirez but not this much, I imagine!
