A ball call on strike 3 makes Tomlin throw 2 more pitches. Result? Home Run. 10-1.

Although not a big Tomlin fan I feel comfortable calling on him to hold a
10 run lead for one inning

I have a bad shoulder, haven't pitched in 40 yrs and I could hold a 10 run lead for a lot less money.

Kudos again to Bauer in this one. Not his best stuff but he held it together and had a really nice outing.

The maturing of the still 27 year old Bauer is a great development for the team. They will take off when the hitting kicks fully in (hopefully preventing close games while we figure out the bullpen).

Reminder that Bauer was acquired way back when we dealt Choo away. Another steal and the top 3 rotation guys were secured in trades.

Plutko shows he is the best bunter on the team.

Alright, Miller's fastball hit 95 that inning. Feel much better. Hopefully getting healthy. Had a 1-2-3 inning too, getting out of a jam.

Great outing by Plutko. He may be here to stay?

More confident that Tomlin is out of the rotation

Goes to show how much Miller in his role means to this team/bullpen. Bumps those other guys to lesser roles where they evidently are more comfortable.

Bullpen is an abomination. Thankfully the Central is terrible. Team might get away with waiting till deadline to address.

Bieber threw a 7 inning no hitter tonight. Maybe bring him up for 5th spot and try Plutko in pen??
