Rangers need to gird up.

They had runners on the corners and no outs in the top of the 10th, but did not score.

It'd be nice not to give a game back to KC in the standings tonight.

And we maintain our 7 game lead over KC.

If Oakland can get a win in the Minnie game tied 3-3 in the 9th, we only will lose ground to Chicago.

And 40 games are now in the books for us, for those who believe that's the point to start evaluating moves.

I'm not worried about KC. The Royals and the Indians are headed in opposite directions now.

I've also heard 50 games, Memorial Day, and July 4th.

I just like the goal to get as many of our division foes 10 games plus out by June 1.

If we are winning between now and June 1, I don't think it's unrealistic.

Detroit has a heavy dose of Boston and Tampa between now and June 1, and though they beat us today the White Sox have a 10 game road trip to June 1st after hosting the Dodgers this weekend.


Minnie is already there, and as you said KC has been moving backwards on their own.
