I'm the first to admit that I wrote off Hafner and am stunned and thrilled that he is having such a fine season. Lots of doubles, 340 average, good supply of homers, plenty of RBI. Good for Pronk!

I'm very impressed with LaPorta's plate skills, too. I loved his AB yesterday when he hit with a man on first, got behind in the count 0-2, worked a walk and set up a rally. He's been very patient and like many of the hitters smacking plenty of doubles. Maybe Matt and Brantley for CC is a good deal after all.
