Re: GameTime!™
13112Elliot catches a drive right in front of the fence in right. Sac Fly makes it 2-0
Re: GameTime!™
13113Carlos with his first big league big play at 3rd, short hop fielded and throws out runner trying to score. Hamilton impressed with the play.
Re: GameTime!™
13115Question No. 1: Was the challenge made in time? Pitcher already on the rubber before manager came out. Hamilton says that's too late.
Question No. 2: What is being challenged? Blocking plate fairly? Tagged out?
Question No. 3: Why is taking forever? It's been several minutes already and every is waiting for the guys in New York to make up their mind.
AND THE ANSWER IS: OUT AT THE PLATE. And that is Bob Melvin's only challenge of the day. So now we can get away with all sorts of bad calls the rest of the game.
And we finally return to baseball.

Re: GameTime!™
13116And another run on a rbi single makes it 3-0
And two more score in the 3rd on a Callespo HR so it's now 5-0.
At least we can feel good that Scott Kazmir is starting his 2014 pitching well. 2 Tribe hits in 3 1/3. And our slickfielding 3rd baseman just grounds into a double play to end the top of the 4th.

Re: GameTime!™
13117Kluber's ball did not have his usual movement, threw it straight and they hit it with ease, also a bit wild. Tribe gets to bring up an extra reliever for the game tonight. We may need him.
Re: GameTime!™
13119Been ugly. If the Tribe had re-signed Kazmir he would be starting for them this game.
Obviously it's still very early, but hated to see this scenario.
Also have to keep in mind ALL players like to "stick it" to their former team.

13120What a terrible rule. I absolute hate these challenges. Worst thing that ever happened to baseball since PED's

13123I'm not watching or listening, but apparently the Indians made all three outs in the 2nd inning on foul balls!
Re: GameTime!™
13125Nice come from behind win. The tribe played one of their worst ball games in a long time but still comes out on top. Brantley goes from goat to hero. Axford goes 2-2 in save situations.
