Looks like the Tigers will leave town 3.5 games up on us.

Just a couple of observations:

Gomes seems to have a lot more movement at the plate as the pitch comes in, more than before.

Bourn may be a gold glover but he sure is not smooth as Brantley was and seems to play a little too shallow. Does he have trouble running in on the ball?

damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. This storm was located near
Grafton... and moving east at 20 mph.
