If they fire Acta this organization really demonstrates how much of a joke they are. What does he have to do with a team that I knewwas dead on day 1? While I may be more of an NBA expert I do think that I can see a crap baseball team when I see one. This dolan team is a crap team and no amout of blaming ACTA will change that. The Dolanites are just lashing out .

The sixth time could be a lucky charm for LaPorta.
“Every day is a new opportunity. You can build on yesterday's success or put its failures behind and start over again. That's the way life is, with a new game every day, and that's the way baseball is.”

In education decades ago, West Virginia used to say "thank goodness for Mississippi" when it came to education success rankings as they were able to look at at least one state below.

In 2012 in Cleveland, it's "thank goodness for Minnesota."

Go figure.

We go from 3.5 out, to 15.5 out, in 29 days...dependent upon your time zone....as our organization management flails blindly at a future.

But I didn't think we were this lousy. Even Kipnis is showing signs of being average.
Baseball is funny that way. There is a huge factor of "group-think" or something to that effect that happens, when the horrible morale of the team as a whole can make every player perform at their worst level. The flip side is when a few guys get hot the whole team can catch fire and the team as a whole can over-perform what one would expect. This happened to the Tribe during the first half of last season.

This season we're seeing all the chickens coming home to roost.
