I was kind of holding out that Damon would get his shit together....but he and he alone just cost a double. Didn't catch it....then made a shitty throw to second when we could have got him.....and that just cost a run

Lot of people thought the same about Lowe too.

We've been playing from behind every game since the first one......like it or not Damon not catching the fly ball from ortiz or making a decent throw to second to get him out (woulda been the third out) cost 4 runs.

I certainly hope he gets 4 RBI's today to make up for it.

we'll be hot and cold and likely to end up around .500 like last year. Would very much like to see Masterson get his stuff together. He hasn't been that much more reliable than Jiminez. Would very much like to see Choo play like its 2009 or 2010. He has not been much more helpful than Kotchman, well a little, but he's been far off his game again this year.

I'm happy to let Wheeler stay out there for the rest of the day. 20-1 is no different than 6-1 that Masterson left us with. Wheeler is awful but we knew that.

Wedge just used 4 pitchers to get 3 Yankee outs in the 8th, 2 of them pitched to batter each, 1 run scored on a walk.

And I actually thought Wheeler was a decent pickup on a minor league deal.
